On April 3rd, 2018, Attleboro will vote to determine whether to move forward with the plan to build a new Attleboro High School.
Voting YES on April 3, 2018 will allow Attleboro to accept approximately $126 million in state funding, currently earmarked for the new Attleboro High School Project.
- The new AHS will provide students with a 21st century learning environment, designed to meet students’ individualized needs.
- The influx of state funding, and the inevitable escalation of costs if the project is delayed, make this the most cost effective option available to local taxpayers.
- With oversight by the Massachusetts School Building Authority and protections against overruns, the Attleboro community will be well-served by the new AHS.
Voting YES ensures the most cost effective option for local taxpayers and will improve public education in Attleboro.
